Old Orchard, 1983- Mireille and her family jump into one of her dad’s planes for a vacation in Old Orchard. The water was very cold and she will never ride the "pirate boat" again St-Frederic, 1986 - Not speaking English, Mireille sings along with her school mates to hit songs like "There’s a fire downtown" (The Final Countdown) and believes that it is a small boy calling his mother in "I just called to say I love you." St-Frederic, 1986 - Gets her hands on the family camera. Starts taking pictures of everyone at that year’s celebrations. Begins lifelong interest in photography. Tring-Jonction, 1991 - Mireille joins the Royal Canadian Air Cadets and the cadet band. Before long she is tooting her horn to the tunes of her marching band. St-Frederic, 1994 - Chooses the journalism option at school. Displays incredible talent for layout and design. She gets her first SLR camera, a Pentax. Beauceville, 1996 - Starts a DEP in Graphic Design. Loves every minute of it. Bagotville, 1997 - Become the official Graphic Designer for the Air Cadets. Her commander has never seen such nice design.
